During your second year at Kingston you consolidate existing skills and then extending your creativity, and develop new and more personal ways of working. Through a series of projects you are encouraged to reflect on your creative process and be more explorative and innovative, try new things and take risks. Projects will vary in duration. Some are purposefully short so that you have to focus your mind and make decisions, others allow time for more research, development and deliberation.
You will be encouraged to develop a deeper understanding of current themes within the subject and then explore possibilities for innovation and new departures. The generation of ideas is stressed throughout.
